Objectives

To support the E-culture in the organisation, I was responsible for developing and transforming the existing online training platform, “E-Campus”, so that the culture and vision of the company was fully represented in the updated version. At the same time I was tasked to help streamline all processes to make it ready for worldwide expansion and in particular to ensure that it could be easily rolled out across franchises in the Asian market.

An additional task was to design and build missing pages being requested by the top management, while working closely with my colleague, Aleksander Eme, to create a new culture page named 4TC (4 The Culture).

4TC - How Do You Brand Your Company Culture And Your Values?

Today companies spent billions on marketing to reach out to their customers, but how do you reach out to the team that makes the wheels turn and which delivers what you sell to your customers at a high level of service?

We, at JOE & THE JUICE, value our teams at the highest priority. So how do we communicate that message across borders to over 1.800 people in more than 14 different countries?

The solution we chose was to build a light version of what we like to call a media platform. To achieve this we created five in-house series, each of which amplifies the JOE culture and all having one common purpose: To be entertaining, informative and relevant for our employees.

We added three master-classes and “dusted off” all our old content from the early days to include in the new system. As a result we ended up with more than 180 videos, over 2.000 photos, and 3.500+ songs.

In the first two weeks following its launch on our intranet we already had more than 4.000 page views with more than 1.700 of them being unique. 4TC confirmed to us that it is as important to establish a brand with the best winning team spirit as it is to brand your company for external purposes to its clients.

Once again JOE has proved that our culture is just as strong as it was 15 years ago, not least due to our ability to build new resources with the same raw material that we were created with.

Other updates

An additional, but equally critical part of the project was to ensure that the website was current, aligned with the corporate culture and responsive, while making sure that all aspects work as needed - from pages on how to make the products, to pages about how to handle stock. As part of this process all pages were reviewed and improved as needed to be ready to be launched to the whole world!
