After creating the website it was important to follow up on the performance and to make sure that the company could harness and utilise the massive amount of data available to us. Therefore I created a live marketing report, using big data analytics tools and Business Intelligence (BI) support systems to allow top management to easily access key numbers and figures in support of their daily decision making processes.
Along with the live reporting, I was also responsible for sending out a monthly update to the CEO, CFO, CTO and the rest of the top management board, outlining the key strengths and weaknesses of the past month, and highlighting key areas where we could improve.

The Setup
The reporting dashboard was constructed using 3 key programs: Google Analytics – for data sourcing, Google Data Studio - for visualisation of data and its organisation into easy and interchangeable segments across different sets of parameters, and finally Webflow - for setting up a secure intranet access where management could login and see the live data.
